Musically Connected LLC Attendance and Tuition Policy

At Musically Connected LLC, we value your commitment to learning and strive to provide the best experience for all our students. Please review our policies below:

Tuition and Fees:

In-Person Lessons:

•   30-Minute Lessons: $130 per month
•   60-Minute Lessons: $200 per month

Melody Makers Program:

•   $80 per month
• With 2 Private Lessons $150
• With 4 Private Lessons $200

Virtual Lessons:

•   30-Minute Virtual Lessons: $110 per month
•   60-Minute Virtual Lessons: $180 per month

Registration Fee:

  A one-time application fee of $25 is required for all new students upon enrollment.

Payment Policies:

Monthly Billing

Tuition is billed monthly through our student portal. Payments are due at the start of each month.

- If you are unable to make a payment, please provide us with at least one week's notice to discuss options.

Attendance Policy:

Late Arrivals:

- If you arrive 15 minutes late for your lesson, a late fee will be applied, and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your full lesson time due to scheduling constraints.

Holidays:

-Our school will be closed on holidays. Please check our calendar for specific closures.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Students may cancel or reschedule lessons with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If adequate notice is not provided, a no-show fee will be applied.
•   If proper notice is given, you will receive a credit that can be used to schedule another lesson at no additional cost.
•  Credits must be used within the same calendar month; any unused credits will expire afterward.

Teacher Cancellations:

- In the event that your instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will make every effort to reschedule it at a convenient time for you, without any cost.

Weather Conditions:

During winter months, please stay updated via our portal regarding weather conditions. Some classes may be switched to virtual formats if adverse conditions arise.
